Warning Signs That Your Chakras Are Out Of Balance

chakras are out of balance

In Sanskrit, the true meaning of the word Chakra is wheel. Located centrally across the length of our bodies, much like how the spine is, these are centers of energies. Often referred to as nodes or discs, they serve as liaisons by connecting our physical bodies with cosmic energy, known as Prana or Force.

The Need for Proper Balancing

The function of these chakras in our systems is to receive and transmit energy which, as a result, translates into emotional, physical and physic energy. Therefore, chakras must never be out of balance. The need for proper balancing is to ensure that one doesn’t feel too much or too little of these energies as they can greatly impact the way you feel, think and act.

For instance, too much energy flowing through the Heart Chakra can depict a “bleeding heart”, the heart of someone whose compassion and generosity can be taken advantage of. Likewise, too little energy may translate to having a “rigid or selfish” hearted personality, which is also not a positive sign. This is why it is essential that there persists a balance in these energies.
