Shipping

Packages are shipped by Royal Mail.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

United Kingdom: Next day delivery including Saturdays if order is placed before midday (tracking available).

USA: 5 to 7 working days (no tracking available).

Europe: 3 to 5 working days (no tracking available).

Please note, these delivery times are guidelines only and are not guaranteed by Royal Mail.

Import Duty Tax

If you don’t live in the UK, please contact your local authority regarding import duty on online purchased goods.

Lost and Damaged Packages

Lost packages

If for some reason the package doesn’t arrive in the time frame mentioned above, please contact us immediately. If you are worried that your package may get lost or stolen then we highly suggest to get insurance added to your package. We cannot be held liable for the cost of goods of an uninsured package. Please, contact us for more information.

Damages

Please contact us immediately if your item or package was damaged during shipping. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by Fueling Your Dreams. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 3 days of receipt of your order.

Fueling Your Dreams offers a 30-day return policy.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, we will offer you a full refund (minus shipping) within 30 days of purchase. Your piece must be in its original condition and packaging. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees except if you are a UK resident.

Non-Refundable Items

You are not eligible for a refund if:

  • It was a sale item.
  • You wore it.
  • You broke it.
  • You damaged it or lost it.

After Your Return Is Received By Fueling Your Dreams

We will process your return within 10 business days of receipt and apply a credit to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email from us when this is complete. A credit will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle. We do not refund shipping charges except if you are a UK resident.

We strongly recommend that you retain your receipt from the Post Office until you have received credit for your return. Fueling Your Dreams will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.
